To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of the following important information
Usage of the property
The stay is exclusively reserved for the individuals mentioned in the reservation, who will be the only ones using the property. We kindly request that you adhere to this rule.
Supervision of minors
The pool is not supervised, so minors must always be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. Please pay attention to your children’s activities both inside and outside the property.
Behavior and environmental respect
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. We ask that you behave decorously, responsibly, and respectfully towards the neighborhood. Please use resources such as water and electricity judiciously to reduce environmental impact and respect the natural habitat.
Responsible use of water and electricity
During the use of water and electricity, please ensure that taps are not left open and appliances are not left on when not in use. Together, we can contribute to preserving resources.
Cleanliness and order
The house will be delivered clean, tidy, and in good condition. We kindly ask you to maintain it with care, properly disposing of garbage in the appropriate recycling containers. We also recommend not disposing of objects that may clog the plumbing in toilets or sinks.
Care for the house and supplies
During check-out, the kitchen should always be left in order. In general, you are responsible for taking utmost care of the house, furnishings, and all provided and inventoried supplies and appliances. Any damages or losses to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.
Owner’s liability
You release the vacation home owner from any liability for theft or damage to your personal belongings. Please always close doors and windows to ensure security.Use of barbecue and wood-burning oven:The barbecue and wood-burning oven may only be used by an informed and experienced person who will handle their preparation, ignition, and cleaning.

Check-in and check-out information:
- Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out must be done by 10:30 AM.
- During the months of June to October and the Christmas period, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- Late check-out between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM is subject to availability and incurs a supplement of €200.00.
- Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability at no additional cost.
- For early check-out (before 6:30 AM), a supplement of €50.00 is required.
- For late check-in (after 8:00 PM), a supplement of €50.00 is necessary.
Cancellation and
payment conditions:
At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations within the 6-week period.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, unless damages or losses have been identified.
Additional fees to be paid on-site
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (children up to 12 years old exempt) must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
Cleaning fees
€200, to be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
